The Impacting Hearts Foundation has been a supporter of the future for Tendai Chihaka and his dedication to the advance of God's Kingdom here on Earth. He is currently in Seminary, and needs funds to complete his education and fullfill his call to full time ministry. Please prayerfully consider supprting Tendai as we all work together for God's glory! TENDAI'S BIOGRAPHY - My Name is Tendai Chihaka, I am 24 years old and I was born in near Harare Zimbabwe. Currently I am in my second year of Studying at KwaZulu Natal Missionary and Bible College in South Africa, working on my degree in Theology. I was born again in 1998 and my acceptance of Jesus Christ came as a result of the hardships I faced after my parents divorced. It was not an easy thing to be raised by a step mother as I was almost forced to live in the streets. One day I attended a crusade and the Gospel message convicted me. I found myself in tears and I realized that God was the only answer in my life, I finally gave my life to the Lord! Since then my life was never the same again. It was then that by the grace of the Lord I finished high school, which I had previously nearly dropped out of. After high school I joined Africa Enterprise. I was involved in outreach ministries, proclaiming the Gospel to the lost. For three years I was actively involved with Africa Enterprise. In 2005 I was involved in the Narobi Youth Mission in Kenya and it was about this time that I felt a clear calling into the ministry and God was telling me to study the Word as 2 Timothy Chapter 2 verses 14 and 15 say. “Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” In 2006 I submitted my application to study at KwaZulu Natal Missionary and Bible College and was accepted to begin my college seminary education! After the completion of my studies at seminary, I would like to further my studies with the University of KwaZulu Natal through a Bible College called Evangelical Seminary of Southern Africa doing BTH Degree. After I have finished my studies I would like to go back home to Zimbabwe and begin ministry, particularly in the area of preaching and training quality church leaders. I would like to train leaders that would be able to teach the Bible effectively. I believe that leaders need to be equipped in the Ministry with a sound education and understanding of the Word.
